Anyone know of any electrician in Raleigh, NC that can install ceiling lights (when there is none)? Just need lights in bedrooms since there is no light fixture currently.

Even when markets weren't as tight, like when I started, it was 6 months until my first pay day, and about a year before I had enough deal flow to have reliable income.I'm surprised you are having a hard time finding IT work in CA right now.

I'd much rather have steady and reliable rental income financing my financial independence rather than trying to invest $315k into stocks and bonds to get the same outcome. 

I have been looking to buy a SFR to rent anyway--so I thought this might be a good opportunity to have a reliable renter who would treat the place well.

Will Crayger the best way to find GCs and other tradesmen that are reliable is to get referrals from other investors or people who would vouch for them.

Always obtain your own reliable number - from an investor-friendly inspector or appraiser or from an experienced investor.

Does anyone have a reference for a good masonary or a good RELIABLE general contractor?
