This will get you books, visibility and the all important reviews.After you have 10 or so 5 star reviews and substantial bookings start raising your rates.

I have been saying I need to star tracking auction sales prices for a while now.

VRBO is giving you equal to a 5 star rating  for every cancellation related to Covid that you refund the guest. ( and giving you equal to a 1 star rating if you do not refund or reschedule) If it is a cancellation not related to being able to travel due to Covid I would stick to my cancellation policy.

He is a car sales person and I have found many online reviews that are 5 star for his service.   

I know Brandon Turner and other podcast Bigger Pockets stars talk about putting in quick offers, and using the inspection contingency to get out of it if necessary.

This book is full of numerous grammatical errors and broken sentence structure.Despite the high rating on Audible (100 out of 102 five-star ratings as of this post), they do not appear to be legitimate reviews and many are easily recognized as plagiarized from reviews posted elsewhere.
