The average doctor doesn’t have a clue how to manage money and I am continually amazed at the societal misperception of the level of wealth of doctors as a cohort.

There is also an Amazon fulfillment center there, which is good for jobs.

He knew that you could not sell the property without his knowledge considering you had a binding contract that was not fulfilled. 

Or are they just fulfilling a market need?

It needs to detail what your role and responsibilities are in this project and "hold you harmless" for damages that may arise from fulfilling those duties.  

But when i bought my second condo they needed to see a fulfilled rental agreement on my current property which I was able to arrange.

There is a reason most people retire broke only to rely on a government program for their survival .life is truly a self fulfilling prophecy .

Maybe knock on some neighbor's doors and ask if they ever considered selling.....but realize that in order to fulfill your goal, you may at some point be forced to pay more than you want in order to acquire a specific house. 

If the tenant doesn't fulfill their part of the agreement, they risk losing their Section 8 housing support benefit.
