(Almost all allow Airbnb in your primary residence even if they ban short-term rentals as an investment property.)Littleton, just south of Denver, has been all over the map.

Not sure, but there may be an exception to that if you are making the home your primary residence - but maybe not even then.

These are double wide homes that would be attached to the permanent foundation (on owned land, not in a park) and that the investor would look to sell right away to people that would occupy the homes as their primary residence. 

(Long time home owner but this would be my first rental so I'm on the edge of the diving board, looking down into that deep dark pool.) 

I've been thinking about how to best utilize my current residence.
