I am looking for property management software that would track incoming rents and automatically deduct his commission per rent payment so that he knows exactly what my payout would be each month.  50 units spread over 16 properties. 

It's a lot easier for me to have it all just in one place and have the numbers automatically tracked.

My insurance guy does it automatically for me with each property I sell on terms. 

I also have a plug-in set the time - automatic light but it's not the right fit in some applications.

Is that just something that is automatically included in Airbnb fees when you host through them?

I'm sure every market is slightly different, but once a listing is put on the MLS, its automatically marketed out to Zillow/Trulia, Redfin, etc. 

And they are not the adversary (at least not in B class units) if your tenants are thei es you might want to change your screening process and finally your utility company probably has a program where the utilities automatically go in your name when the tenant turns them off  this will save you a lot of hassle - assuming of course you have a good class of tenants

To me, the reward from these two things is worth the investment and so I don't automatically increase rents just because I have hook-ups (rent is a function of the whole).
