I just re-read my post, I don't see where I said that the bank owns the house.

At another property we did allow co-ed but all tenants AND all parents/guarantors had to sign off acceptance AND they had to completely fill the unit ie all 4 rooms had to be signed for.......One thing I just reread in your original post was if you're going to rent the whole house out on 1 lease then you probably don't have much ground to stand on...

I also just re-read that she can't invest directly in a company where I am the sole or majority owner.
