Hello,Does anyone have any recommendations for an experienced attorney to set up and maintain a LLC for a rental property and that also does title transfers in florida?

I'm a loan originator with Milo and we specialize in DSCR loans for international clientele looking to invest in STRs in the U.S. 

Madrid-  invest in properties foreign diplomats and military like to live, near good international schools, sights, their work, transit systems, available parking, etc.  

Do we transfer ownership from our name to the LLC?

The do everything they can to try to make us look bad/incompetent to the buyer/borrower to get them to transfer over to their lender...which they make tons of money on.

Just note, come with a lot of free time and a check book because each time Philadelphia transfers you from one department to the next, you have to restart your wait time and crack another check, if you catch my drift.The zoning department reviewed my change on an application I just filled out at the Municipal building and they changed the zoning right then and there.
