No idea what's going on in that town, maybe it's really good drugs or something, IIRC a casual google search did reveal it was near one of the big annual music festivals where 20somethings go to remove their clothing, dance, and imbibe various substances. 

The most dangerous space in RE is 24-90 units.

I'm sure a law is in the works but they are just playing a dangerous game trying to enforce it before they have it written down and passed. 

There are many people who will argue that leveraging your primary residence is a dangerous strategy. 

The biggest concern I see with most operators who get into projects involving private systems is that most smaller operators go into these projects dangerously under capitalized.  

There is a danger in taking out 401K loans and that is if you lose your job the loan becomes immediately payable, kind of a problem if you just lost your job.  

@Bennie Hall that is pretty wild. wow. i think an ozone machine is the way to go. i got mine off amazon. be careful with it. it’s very dangerous if anything living is near it while it’s running.

He personally has sold all his properties at this point because he has had many problems and it became too dangerous for him in the areas he had his properties.I know there are still some nice areas.

Not dangerous or anything, just a little more blue collar than the rest of the town, which is largely that way.
