You can even use it to collect rent, but I just have my tenants ACH deposit into my bank account.I also use Zillow to see what similar homes are renting for in my area.

I offer these types of tenants two solutions: 1) I will set up ACH debit for them (after they fill out a permission form) and Buildium will debit their checking account on the same day each month or I send them a paper with the paynearme barcodes and they can run to walmart or cvs or walgreens and pay at the store with paynearme.
