I have a property in Tacoma, WA with two houses separated by fencing.

My priorities are CASH FLOW, and as QUICK (relatively speaking) as possible.I own 2 4-plexes in the Tacoma, WA market. 

My wife and I own three properties in Tacoma and mostly rent by the room to young professional women (total of 20 tenants in the 3 homes).

I follow a lady investor/agent in KC named Mindy Templeton (she's @investingyourwealth on instagram)She's definitely a mover and shaker, both for herself and helping others. 

I already started the eviction process and i have court date set for 8/31. hopefully the judge will do the right thing and make an end to this.my question is this this. she left some of her belongings there, mostly junk, old sofas, dressers and old clothes, do i need to get a bonded mover and constable to move her belongings or could i junk her stuff?

I would personally start with a local mobile home mover.

Am I being unreasonable in my hopes to find something in this range between Tacoma and Marysville?

Currently invested in three Seattle/Tacoma 'flips' with an average turnaround of 3-6 months.
