We just bought our first place is South west Florida and are about to get it setup for STR.

Most of what I've looked at is in the southwest suburbs: Sugar Land, Missouri City, Mission Bend, Katy areas.

East is desireable, but you'll hit the ocean.Southeast is desirable, but again, water (bay).Your best bet is Southwest, IMO.  

Neither of them have seen this down here in south west FL where we never winterized our pools, as we use them 24/7.

What areas of NW Arkansas or Southwest Missouri (besides Springfield & Branson) have strong Commercial sales & leasing?

I'm going to be moving from CA to WA at the end of 2023, to the southwest part of the state.

We left in 2017 and now live 2 hours south west of Seattle.

For example you choose $200k max price youll see most of ‘center’ city has nothing at all to offer until your far north/south/west and the places that do will be C/D most likely if it doesnt need more than the $10k rehab you were looking for.
