Hi (European) friends,What software packages do you currently use to manage your rentals?

It was a terrible experience, which I  now realize that I am not over yet even though it has been many years ago.So I started a software company for property management to make it easy for landlords to manage their own units.

The customer service level reflects the difference between indifferent salaried people checking boxes and letting automated software do whatever it wants to do, and folks paid for production (like if you went the refinance route, rather than assumption).

I found a few cash buyers through a software and looked them up on internet to find their phone numbers.My question is how do i introduce myself on the call?

I know that when we are new to this business, we are hesitant to spend more money than we think is necessary, after all, we have spent a ton of money on the rental home and getting it ready to rent out, so to think of anything else like a financial software program, is just not on the list of things to do, at least for now.

What about using a free property management software like TenantCloud?

I had been able to afford the mortgage interest all this time because I was an hourly self-employed software consultant, not taking taxes out of my income yet.

I am looking to purchase a multifamily property and want to be able to research properties through the MLS software. 

Nicholas Crew asking Jay Hinrichs what he does in real estate is like asking Bill gates what he does in software lol.

Any recommendations for a good software that will allow me to customize contracts?
