This community is full of knowledge, support, and inspiration for all experience levels.

Maybe they will get some family support or maybe eventually she will have a new significant other with good employment that will move on.

I think long term future trends will continue to support affordable real estate markets. 

What kind of electrical panel does it have?

This might not have been the best kind of credit to use as a construction loan.

If you are charging market rent, the rent you will lose for that 1 week of occupancy would afford you the ability to rent a comparable property on the market without the need for any of this kind of nonsense. 

But if it does not have that kind of provision, then to terminate during the term, there will need to be a default by the tenant.
