The course was not perfect and I had to adapt a few things to our area but I rarely run across free education that allows you to hit the ground running with all the tools you need.  

Hi @Jedrick Theron, Unfortunately there is a lot that is not relevant for South Africa but there is a ton of principles and brilliant ideas to learn from, adapt for South African opportunities and execute.

A 4 year lease is a major mistake but one you will now need to adapt to.

Tennis courts are being adapted in lots of places for pickleball because all ages play, they’re teaching it in phys Ed classes in schools across the country and there’s a low barrier to entry, doesn’t require lessons or formal partnerships with like partners. 

The last thing we want is a 3 story house, but we adapted.
