Never have rent collections that drag more than a few weeks.

Tenant moved in march 1, so ~7 weeks to rent (it took a week to get unit ready). 

I will be doing a video series to track the whole thing for everyone if I get enough interest.

. - When they got back, there was only about 4-5 days that went by before it was finished, but it was scheduled to be finished a week before they got back. 

I do a weekly seminar every Wednesday at 1 p.m est.

-Youtube, Google, and ChatGPT: I often find myself looking up videos or asking ChatGPT about terms I am unfamiliar with, which has been a great help so far.

Because last month I paid $2500.00 for a 6 week training and already have 92k in loans funded and 109k in the pipeline.

The maintenance request feature is awesome and does allow pictures (not sure about videos).

She has sent 3 demanding emails in the past 6 weeks threatening "further action."  

I also have a lot of families that are in the process of buying a property or building and they need somewhere for a few weeks to a few months and furnished rentals makes the most sense in all scenarios.
