Condo's frequently come up short on insurance claims and any unpaid amounts will get divvied up among the residents and you owe it - period.

Honestly, the difference won't be significant in such a short period of time.

If you wait for a long period, you may lose out of that home.

You need to learn that a broker who charges you 1.3% a year to manage your money can cost you upwards of 1/3 of your future gain on said money from that 1.3% fee over a long period of time.  

During this period check/verify everything that you want checked/verified.  

I don't think if rates dip we see take off, I think we see a furious initial uptick but it'll actually be flat to a net asset value decrease over a prolonged period such as 12-18 months.

If I make it a rental will the seasoning period be the same?

Ask yourself, do you want a $100k house that is worth $150k in some future time, or would you rather have a $250k house worth $375k in the same time period.

They probably have some sort of waiting period, but it's worth checking into if you think you have another year or so in that system....?
