We will remodel our home this summer, the remodeling is expected to last for 3 to 5 months.

Specifically, I’m looking to do a master bath remodel, maybe a few exterior paint/trim work and possible cabinet paint/refinishing just to name a few.

Looking for complete package type people who could do anything from a light sprucing up of a property to rent, to a full remodel for a flip. 

I heard many different stories about re-assessing after remodeling/conversions.

While they should be paid to oversee remodeling or whatnot, it still bothers me.

Longer notice and good photos are to credit for that.If we are doing a full remodel flooring,fixtures,paint,cabinets and appliances. 

Cons: my grandfather hack jobbed most repairs. leaking roof, stoop and porch need redone, lower unit kitchen needs complete remodel, 4-5 coats of paint on all walls, reoccurring mold in 1 bedroom and same bedroom needs insulation, upstairs unit you can hear anything and everything, all doors are original that came with the home, also have 4-5 coats of paint on them. small cockroach pest problem (not severe YET), Bathroom needs remodel and sewage lines need repair.

In regards to your rehab, I recommend asking your realtors and property managers in your area what kind of rent rates you should expect depending on what kind of remodel.

We just finished up a messy eviction and intense remodel, but it's back up and running now.
