Check with the county recorder's office.As someone mentioned above, some assessor offices don't update owner info until tax time.If it is an entity, check your state corporation commission.

My realtor office requested the commission from the other Realtor and now the other Realtor is calling me to tell me that my Realtor requested commission and because it, now, she wants me to either move in or to give her an additional deposit, my question is, since I only gave her 1 month deposit and 1 month penalties only and the contact states that the penalties for an early termination of the lease is 2 month, I am obligated to move in to the property or do I have to give her an Extra month penalty in order for the other Realtor pay my Realtor his commission?

A license will make it legal for you to buy/sell/lease property on behalf of other people for a commission.

I think it's a good opportunity here for me to sell and buy something bigger since the tenant can buy it in its current condition and I can get a discount from the realtor on the commission fees.

You simply file a complaint with the commission , he has a bond posted and you can collect from that .
