A responsible ferret owner will be supervising them anyways due to the fact that if these little babies consume any foreign objects (which includes anything at all that isn't food) it could result in a costly remedy or worse, death.

Another thing to consider is there is a 1 year lease in place with 2 families (that are family), just had a new baby, and signed a new 1 year lease one week ago so that's guaranteed cash flow for the first year here..
