Wedding, spring break, and...FRUSTRATING DELAYS with the city!!!!  

I find that many people don’t want to rent for 7 nights (other town’s regulations) in the winter when they are traveling for a wedding, business, visiting family, etc., so it outperforms in the off season because of the lack of decent hotels in the area.

Just before the wedding we broke up.

I'm at a wedding today but will PM you this evening.

If I think I will need to re enter to complete the work I leave the original note which may state I will need access from 9am to 5 pm Mon, Tues, Weds, so I don't get stuck having to leave another note. and I will need access to the xxx area please have your items cleared away so we can get to that area.I text, call, also in advance to say I will be entering to do work on the apartment,If for some reason I get to apartment without acknowledgement and the note is still in place on the door, I leave it on the door, do my work and also leave a note inside the apartment that I was there.

We update the upcoming sales page every 2 hours of every business day and update the upset bids every (Mon,Wed, Fri), which are the days the trustees do their auctions .  

I am also the SouthSide subgroup leader for GaREIA and we meet the first Wed of the month at Piccadilly in College Park at 6:30 pm.  

Super motivational to read about the success of fellow BP folks.I'm flying into Atlanta to go to a cousin's wedding up in South Carolina and hope to check out some of your market while I'm there.

I would have some free time during Wed and Thursday and perhaps Friday (I already have a place to stay for Thursday).
