Note that I'm an engineer by background and have a very 'involved' bent with the projects we do, and I stay very involved with items like this because as you will see from the numbers below - we actually attribute one of the biggest value adders and willingness to pay on the part of tenants to the granite.House 1 Granite Cost = $225 if my memory serves - came with full bullnose, we paid $200 to have it cut (needed like 2 cuts and seams) and did the labor and transport ourselves.
