The buyer does not need to use that particular lender, they are simply trying to protect their clients interests the best they can.Go back to your lender and get the pre-approval letter, else your offer will likely not be accepted.

Has anyone else here invested in syndications with Shared Estates Asset Fund?

As things unraveled I learned that he was not in fact a GC at all and was using someone else's contractor number to file for the permit and such. 

Is there anyone else that is actively purchasing them?
