So a slip and fall or a fire, it isn't the bank's responsibility,they will come after the home owner which in most cases they don't think they are because their bum attorney didn't educate them properly on their situation.

The people on street would too destructive to anyone attempting to fix a home, while the bums on the street 3 blocks over would watch your tools for you while you ran to the store if you bought them a couple of Lucys and a 22, and run off any walking up on your house, and probably call you to let you know.
