My concern with switching properties would be that I'd go through another sent of renovation costs.

Realtors are never concerned about selling you just one property.

As such, I would only be concerned with markets that you can get to easily/cheaply and hopefully have a direct tie to (family, frequent business trips, etc).  

The Auditors are not supposed to do that but understand the concern. 

Interest rates are often a key concern for real estate investors, as mortgages are often the difference between a cash-flowing deal and a dud.

Flat fee services, multiple layer and level packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) have accompanied all kinds of other offerings, tenant and eviction insurance, marketing fees, reporting fees, tech fees, and even talk-to-a-real person fees.

We are always concerned with ‘risk adjusted’ return, rather than pure LOI.  

Advise that the property has never been tagged by law or code enforcement as a drug production property and that their concerns are unfounded. 

I just get tired of being called mean because I actually just tried to raise what I thought was a wise concern.
