I would suggest you convert your homeowners policy to a landlord policy and get an umbrella policy (they are cheap) that will add an additional layer of protection.

When it gets to more than that I create a new LLC and start putting new properties in until that one fills up.But, if you are just begining it's better to have Umbrella Insurance instead of LLCs.

Although note investing is under the real estate umbrella, it’s a concept that I have found is difficult for most to understand.As for the items you mentioned earlier, I believe it comes down to simply having a mentor/coach show you the way and then it becomes a repeatable process.
