Here's a thought - since you already have machines, assign a day for the week to each tenant.

Thanks @Jonathan Klemm, it's been a few weeks and as sole proprietor/GC, haven't been able to get an account with MSI yet though the intake rep said it would be possible w/o a business.

Last week I was chatting at a party with a State Farm agent (not my local agent) who clued me in that State Farm will write commercial policies for STRs, including SFH owned by an individual or trust. 

I spend about 20-30 min a week for each home, the rest is completely automated to give you a bench mark. 

I attended one last week and I am looking forward to going to more in my city. 

Inspection rep facetimed me saying hey this is a mess, inspection should NOT have been today, there's leaks everywhere, nothing is ready, etc.  .....I had to pay for the 2nd Inspection2) New build wasn't supposed to have tenants, on the day of 2nd inspection 2 weeks ago, again I get a call from the Inspection rep that there were people living on both sides. 

I'm about to buy to 4/3 home that's 2,300 sq ft, built in 1967 and want an experienced real estate investor to evaluate whether it's a good deal.Please comment below if I can pay you for 1 hour of your time to analyze it.I have full photos/video walkthrough, and also have several contractor quotes.
