I have been going back and forth if i should put quartz white countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, some people tell me quartz white does stain one being my sister who recently got quartz in her house- but store owners tell me no quartz doesnt stain and it is the most durable. some people tell me the 2cm is the best and most popular size , but i believe the 3cm is better since it is thicker and can possibly last longer.

The way you describe it, if the place was being overrun, there would be lots of staining and there would be an odor.There is a product, Advion, that I bought on Amazon several years ago and it worked very well. 

I mean unless you are going to do the stained concrete. 

I want real estimates of both time needed and money it will cost for the amount of work to be done,not lies to win the bid and hit me with a truckload of excuses and thousands of dollars of extra costs for me to pay destroying my profit while fattening his profits.I want the entire work crew he promised to show up on time and work a full day that I am paying for.I want to see every material purchased with my money actually show up to my job site and not end up in his cousins garage to be used on his personal projects at my expense.I want the brand new toilets I bought for the flip to be clean and unused by the crew,not stained with their crap and ruined for the open house.I want the full price light fixtures I chose to be installed,not some cheap garbage he substituted with behind my back to pocket the extra cash.

Granite requires maintenance and will stain; consider engineered quartz which is durable and maintenance free. 

Hi Everyone - I'm about to get started a flip and I have hardwood floors that I would like to repair, refinish and stain about 3,000 square feet.

When we used a garden hose to hose off the roof, the next day one tenant called and said the roof's leaking in one bedroom, and another tenant called said they have a leak by the kitchen...there was absolutely no evidence of leak, no stain whatsoever inside, and tenants both said there wasn't any leak since they moved in. 

I have had fha appraisals (im a realtor and an investor also) almost fall through due to the appraiser noting peeling paint on windows, stained carpets, crayon and marker on walls, etc. 

Both full brick, built in 2007, stained concrete floors, 1400sf 3bdrm 2 bath each unit and appear to be in excellent condition. 

Also that deal I posted is a 1k home that is in an ok neighborhood that needed cosmetic work an updated kitchen, new electrical, stained floors, yes new paint, and me and my wife did the basement.
