Got an automatic email notification that is was posted FSBO in Craigslist.

I am on automatic email distributions, but I can't get things like broker comments, listing broker contact, attachments for rent roll or plans, etc. without sending multiple emails which is time consuming.

Also why am I automatically following 6 people? 

A condemned property doesn't automatically mean opportunity.

While it's debated to no end if you need buyers or sellers first, you will be building your buyers list almost automatically with virtually no effort. 

There's an app cold "Hiya" that will automatically block spam callers.

Just because it was listed on MLS doesn't automatically stop the foreclosure. 

The bills (including groceries) will all be paid instantly when my check is direct deposited, my savings will be automatically withdrawn from my paychecks so I never even see it, and what's left over is mine allocate as I see fit.

Not sure if their willingness varies from state to state but I would not automatically discount it until you make some calls.
