Does anyone know a accountant near Tacoma that is very familiar with Real Estate dealings? 

We want to rent this current property and buy another condominium in WA near and around Tacoma so that later years we can again rent this property too.

That will keep housing prices high, but everyone involved in the housing market will get walloped - builders, realtors, movers, financiers, home furnishers, etc. 

May be I need to hire a mover, this is something very difficult to move around without experience. 

They’re from Tacoma, so something within a 2-3 hour drive would be a plus.

Also one of the movers and shakers in Chicago land I know that was big into wholesaling has got his license and has created basically a wholesale brokerage were those that want to do this business can work under his license as licensed agents and adhere to the laws.. so took him all of 2 weeks to hit the road running and be up and running legally and allow those that want to continue selling this stuff to do so.

Therefore, the value of a 1M house will theoretical increase to 1.2 M, over the long term.Is this the reason that Rich get Richer, and Poor get Poorer?
