I can understand what the OP of this thread is getting at, yes a flat fee may be nice if it can be worked out in a contract with a PM , maybe they only handle certain parts of the business. but as it has been mentioned, and pretty good by @Christine Kankowski at what point do you cover those costs, because everyone likes to get paid for what they do. when running the business, ask your self ( and this goes to everyone reading this) how much is my time worth ?
