My hobbies include scuba diving, horseback riding, app development, robotics, auto mechanics and performance stage lighting.

Due to a majority of the highest paying jobs requiring advance training, the advent of robotics, dumb AI replacing certain jobs, the trend of economic inequality will continue and we will see more Americans fall out of the middle class. 

I'm taking all accounts with me so in terms of my cash flow I should be fine, but Fannie and Freddie are mindless robots who do not color outside the lines.

It will help people realize tou aren't a robot. 

We had leases for two spaces of about 3,000 sf each ready to sign and a buyer came in and purchased the building with him doing the build out for the tenants and he is using the balance for a robotics shop.  

While all these questions need to be asked, I also try to not be a robot about the process since I want to get to know the person a little better during the discussion.

I just went off a script and I probably sounded robotic but you gotta start somewhere.
