Hey BPers,The wife and I was wondering, how do people devote their lives to RE, and quit their jobs to devote all their time to RE, and still get financing?

But I feel if a agent is really good, he is probabally too busy to devote any time to small investors like me.

I don't, I prefer to keep my units full so I can keep moving forward with new purchases and devote my time and resources to those.
