December 24, 2008By Richard Adhikari: More stories by this author: A hacker got into the computer systems of electronic payment processing services provider RBS WorldPay, compromising more than a million customers' records.Formerly known as RBS Lynk, RBS WorldPay, which claims it has more than 20 years in the business, is the U.S. payment processing arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.Personal and financial account information of about 1.5 million cardholders and other individuals, and the social security numbers (SSNs) of 1.1 million people, may have been accessed by the hacker, RBS WorldPay said in a statement announcing the break-in on Wednesday.RBS WorldPay describes the break-in as a highly sophisticated cyber intrusion on its Website.

Here is an example:I put in an address where I know the value, here is the breakdown per site:Zillow: $159kEpraissal: $147,539CyberHomes: $112,110Actual Value: $100kTalk about throwing money away...cyber homes was close but that 12k could cost me a deal or cut into my profits.

Per my user name, I have experience as a private investigator and have conducted surveillance in some really bad neighborhoods.

This Place is contaminated, property is being monitored remotely by surveillance, all persons and belongs will be seized in xx many days...etc. 

Pretty much the more you know, the more scary cyber security becomes.

This last tenant cost me an estimated $6,000 in damage to my ceiling and floors because they let the water run in the kitchen sink or something and it flooded the floor and ripped out the ceiling below and molded the carpet.The police have been dealing with my tenants on a 2-3 times a week basis -- no exaggeration, I have the surveillance video.
