For getting over fear, I'm not sure if there's anything I could say that other people haven't already said.. like Nike's slogan..

So should I "Just Do It" like Nike says and do smaller mailings every month, or just get bang for my buck and save up a few months, and reach more people with a larger mailing?

Nike is absolutely correct, when hey tell you: "Just Do It."

Ever heard of "Just Do It", Nike owns it.The guy has a great marketing phrase, and trademarked it.

Vic is right.The seller of that huge house Vic pasted a link to, belonged to a Nike sponsored athlete.

This was based on a 20 year projection, replacing the doors and trim with a similar craftsman quality (not exact replica), and what I might expect extra in rent along the way (not much, maybe $25-$50 a month tops in this market) - however, the labor is on me, and that can get expensive with the wrong crew. 

The biggest challenge is to stop thinking about it and, as Nike says, "Just Do It!"
