I do own a seasonal property close to this one and my retired father in law (retire contractor) is looking to do the renovation work for me and lives 1 mile away.

All year round North Conway and Jackson host monthly activities like Apple picking, Pumpkin carving, Host all the Major Holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Halloween, Turkey Trots, Winter Ice plunges and more. 

I'm lucky enough to have a seasoned investor on my team of 30+ years in my father-in-law.

My Father has been renting us a house in OBX every summer since I was a kid and were both pretty affluent now and I'm floating the idea of us going in together on an Oceanfront somewhere in OBX that we can use a few weeks a year and have it pay for itself via rentals the rest of the year. 

My father was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and is very active in the area with his brokerage and operating company, Pioneer Realty.

Dad retired with 35ish years at GM, father-in-law still works for Ford.

I currently own my primary residence and recently decided to buy a piece of raw land where my father’s construction company is, and with his help,  build a single family home on it which will become a long term rental when completed. 

Her Mom currently lives there, but the house was given to my girlfriend by her late Father.

Later we defined those as protected classes for discrimination.The challenge, then and now, is equilibrium and limits.The founding fathers, the federalists and anti federalists had to make many compromises to create and govern a country.
