In my leases I put clearly that if a tenant flags a request as emergency and it is determined to be their fault or not an emergency they are responsible for the cost.

There are often automated flags that will be triggered if you do it, so it's best just to know how they will react.

Although not tragic, still a small red flag - ok so 24,800 leads to go.While taking a break from the email task, I came across this BP thread - WOW!

If we sense there is a red flag, were asking them to upload additional documents like tax returns w2's etc.
