I found the best notes for us to buy was from thrifts  Household finance types that were in foreclosure I would buy those 2 to 3 weeks from the sale date do a substitution and carry the foreclosure through and either own the asset or get paid off is someone else bid it.. we did quite well with that one until new management came in and would not sell many notes this way anymore. as for training I only know of the controversial ( being kind ) Scott Carson and Eddie Speed and I think Mr.

We substitute LLCs frequently during the buy phase, but all parties must approve and the LLC must be up and running prior to the deal going thru.

The issue didn't occur because you were 3 months behind on chaing the filter. the issue happened because she removed the filter before it was needed and put in a crappy substitute !

I guess if I went with them, it might work out but I don't want to waste my time while they try to talk me into 2" nails as opposed to 2-1/2" nails...or 1/2" drywall as opposed to 5/8" drywall...or digging through the $0.50 lumber bin trying to find a straight 2x4 to substitute a $2.50 fresh stud.
