Historic tax credits can indeed provide significant financial incentives for rehabilitating and preserving historic or non-historic buildings, promoting the conservation of our nation's architectural heritage.

I figure it could be a good educational tool and potential for some additional income in the form of referrals, and my own purchase commissions. 

So, those are the markets I am considering investing in due to already being familiar, and having access to trustworthy referrals, etc.
