Hello BP,We have officially accepted a job to move to Lake Tahoe and will be working in Squaw Valley.

I've been on BP for about 2 weeks now and have my first official offer in... the seller hasn't signed the contract yet so finger's crossed.

Now, we haven't signed any official paperwork nor finished the walk-through yet,  I still keep his deposit, he move his stuffs out already, but he doesn't let me charge this month rent to this deposit. 

It depends on the density target and other factors that the zoning officials evaluate.

I would send them the official letter but also have a phone conversation.But seriously,  raise the rents before you renovate.
