If there are any recommendations of contractors to fix flooring issues in Tacoma, Washington area, please share.The flooring is linoleum and the subfloor might have rotted in a portion of the home that needs repairs.

In most counties, you can them make an appointment with the sheriff's department for a deputy to accompany you and keep the piece while your movers put everything out on the street and the owners are escorted out.

You also have insurance for most issues.Keep in mind that NONE of the big dealers and movers on here do the anonymous thing. 

This market here in tacoma is a High cost of living area. very expensive for subpar properties. is anybody on this forum from around here?
