I run a family owned dry cleaners in Encino, California and have been doing that for basically my whole life.

So, I have been flipping for several years now, but the MLS has dried up over here and tried some yellow letters.  

I think the issue stems from generational poverty, people not seeing or knowing differently.  

More risk, but also more opportunity when its not so cut and dry...

I know a student relationship isn't asked below, but it probably should be.Now, I've been on bus tours but with national organizations of government housing officials, pretty dry, but it is good to see and even interact with a neighbor if there is time and you can get away from the tour guide.

Unfortunately that market is drying up so we will see regarding our next strategy.

I wondered if they can be cleaned with something like bleach/water and dried and re-sealed?  

You should study and understand at least assignment of contract and then double closings (dry & wet) and then maybe transactional funding. 

While there is some ambiguity regarding every detail and factor that goes into it, there is no such opinions if safety that goes into the classification of a property.A class is typically 10 years old or less, has the most amenities (clubhouse, pool, gym, laundry/dry cleaning service, etc. and located in the best areas.

The REOs have dried up a bit, and now those houses are closer to $40k.
