It's home layout that makes the DSCR. 1940-1950 SF in Castro Valley/Hayward/San Jose/San Leandro is very unique sometimes and previous owner already did lot of good job converting space to room.

If you do go the Ikea route for any furniture, always start on CraigsList or FB Marketplace for used items.If you're renting the space on platforms that don't rely on reviews like Airbnb/VRBO, you could probably keep the furnishings to a relative minimum and help keep your start-up costs down.

Where as some old park in the deep south , Well is not if you know what I mean.I have a client I did bizz with years ago.. and they owned 5k spaces in Orange county Ca ( all of them debt free) they were brothers and started buying in the early 50s..
