So hold on a little while longer its coming. i heard some people say that it stays in batched for about 2 days then it will be come in the mail or in direct deposit after that. 

Maybe it's the parent's way to indirectly leave a financial legacy for their child(ren).

So, they have adjusted using other methods which are more indirect such as advertising and mailing postcards/letters.

Because an IRA has tax-sheltered status, it cannot be used in any way that produces a transaction or a direct or indirect benefit between the IRA and a disqualified person.  

It's a catch 22 circle though, because as we know, city investment for a community through schools, jobs etc are often in direct proportion to the property values of the real estate that makes up the area, through property tax. 

Just make sure you are ready for the the additional direct and indirect costs of maintaining the LLC.One of the things to do is write the offer as the buyer as "Harrison Payne or an entity to be formed." 

But it's a moot point for here, since California law provides extra coverage for almost all circumstances anyway.Regardless, we wrote a pretty thorough, maybe somewhat snarky email asking for all the legally allowed documentation and process, letting them know indirectly we clearly knew they had lied to us, and gave them an out by offering to cancel the contract before moving in and refunding the deposit in full.
