I don't have expertise but have previously found great articles online which discuss adding a 2nd layer of drywall to mitigate sound from above apts. (3) Likely the easiest/cheapest thing to do: place in your lease that living and dining room requires carpet coverage (rug) over 75% of the area to "protect" the wood floors Hope this helps!

THAT eviction was no fun since we're talking July in Georgia with NO air conditioning.I finally fibbed to the Marshall and told him we had supplied the tenant with the couches and the dining room table and chairs as well as the bedroom chest of drawers.

I would also have to say that the allure was not the first floor that we used in the dining rooms, we have used commercial tile, as well as sheet goods.

I found it 4 plus years ago and got in before it really took off I now have very developed teams there I get inside off market deals brought to me I have established banking there for 6% construction loans the whole 9.. its an awesome place.and of course fine dining is fabulous.. and if nothing else I like that..
