I noticed that Zillow now posts these "pre-foreclosures" and color them Red as if these were active listings on the market, when they are not...Anyone figure out what is the purpose of these, and how to use this information?

Dave - We don't know diddly squat because the OP left us in the dark about the status of title. 

The first ones I got were from vista print and they were full color.  

Everything passed with flying colors.

It is 8:45pm and getting dark so I call it a night.Break of dawn at 6:15am sees me back at work. 

You might think about doing a different color border instead.

A door with a window would also be more inviting, or paint the existing door a fun color.

The kitchen cabinets are in alright condition,but very dark.  

The house is cute just no pizazz with that color scheme.

From what I can see in the pictures, it needs some landscaping work to create some curbside appeal (some bushes and dead grass areas fixed), the basement needs to be finished (completely dry-walled, needs paint/flooring/trim), upstairs needs paint/carpet (mostly good condition, just old/dirty/strange colors).
