Will they have to contact their bank ask to set up a recurring deposit to my account?

I have recently asked for two most recent bank statements.

Talk to a bank so you know what you can afford. 

@Tanner Johnson you should try a local bank and talk to their commercial lender.

Just update that lighting to make it look warmer and you should be good to go.I would create a separate bank account for the place.

If the window will not stay in the open position, an inspector, who checks that specific window, will fail it and require repair in most jurisdictions.  

For example, a bank would never give someone like me who hasn't built before, a loan to build like this, but we are doing it through our company which has a great track record and I will buy it upon completion.I mainly went with a new build because I thought it was a very unique opportunity given the connections I have working in a development and property management company.

Philadelphia happens to be better positioned than most to absorb life science assets because of the local human capital but look at all of the developments stalled or failing to break ground in University City because the developers can't obtain tenant commitments.
