It isn't the best investment in the world, since it technically isn't cashflowing, but I've been happy with it as appreciation has turned out to be about $1800 per month and I've been able to learn quite a bit about landlording.So to summarize, I spent about $20K for this property that has taught me a lot and will hopefully be a springboard into more doors since I plan to sell it using a 1031 exchange eventually.Hope that helps!

Now there a ton of plans with this one, but to summarize, the Board/investors want to make the area more walkable from the Airport to Camp Creek Marketplace.  

The second image is a graph showing total LP returns vs. total GP returns on the Scenario 1 list of assumptions.To summarize: this is a fairly standard $5M value-add acquisition.
