I'm new here and would hate to burn bridges and come off as a bait and switch, used car sales man, deal scraper, pick pocket, or take food off your table to provide for your familyIf you know someone who knows the answer to a question, go ask them, don't reveal your source of the information if you feel it would hurt your market share up in Washington, and relay the message....Spread the wealth of knowledge is all I'm asking for.

The goal is to create additional layers of protection and not reveal the owner of the property to the public. 

Banks might negotiate after an inspection reveals this or that. 

Maybe find a local group and get to know some people without revealing all your cards.

(That took guts and I really admired them for that, @@Curt Davis is the man)   On another deal my due diligence revealed an area just as bad. 

There are still some older homes between Hwy 12 and downtown that may be available, but also like I mentioned, I am very much in the infant phases of this process and my judgment is based on a limited search through online listings, so a deeper digging into the market may very well reveal much more opportunity than I anticipate.
