Up until now, OC was not great for investments - you could use STR to defray your costs for a condo you used, but it wasn't great for pure investments.

You're looking at pure cash flow with no hope of appreciation on the MH, might as well rent cars, IMO.Actually, IMO, with the new rules we must live with, I don't see MHs being that great unless you are really busy, guess it depends on where you are, but in my area, not too much profit in them to justify the pain of compliance.

The agent doesn't have to be at your brokerage.You won't be paid anything for hosting an open house, it's purely for your own personal exposure and to try and gather unrepresented buyers.

That optimism has turned into pure frustration.ABC is beyond slow, even with the squatter delay, they've still had 7 months to complete a project that Jay initially said would only take 2 months.
