Yea just talk with @Brandon HallI did his tax court and it make me just enough dangerous to be aware of this stuff.

She took down my camera that was placed over the front door.Most importantly, I rented my home to a lady and her 2 daughters, but it is pretty clear that she does not live there, it is only a man’s stuff in the master bedroom closet, and a man’s name on the utilities.

There is a chance I have to live here for the duration of my lease, which ends August 31st.to help save cash, i'm considering doing a STR on my property for 2-3 months while i have moved my stuff there and live between my new home and my current apartment. 

Avoid the cash offer stuff, and saying quick closing in letters, use emotion, people really do respond well to it.

@Jacob Munson Make sure you include costs to furnish the place, kitchen stuff, linens, supplies, nice looking decorations etcI'd be curious what others have spent but my guess for a 3 bedroom house with a pool is between 30-40K from bare house to ready to rent.
